THE COMPOSER

ABOUT THE COMPOSER, TOM MASSARI

Tom began his musical career as a drummer in 1964, playing in well-known night clubs on Chicago’s Rush Street with a band called The Apocryphals. The band signed with Mad Records and did numerous tours around the country. In 1971, Tom moved to Los Angeles, California with a band called Crucible. After several years of recording and playing frequent gigs at The Whisky on the Hollywood strip, and other venues, Tom took a break from music to begin other business ventures. In 1988, he became involved in acting and signed with a major talent agency in Phoenix, Arizona. He appeared in several movies, commercials and plays.

In 1991, he returned to music and wrote a film score, music for various industrials and a TV theme song. His music credits include the Focal Point Meditation series, Dream With The Angels Sleep Series, Cry Vengeance (a film score), and various Jazz/Rock CD’s.
